Taro pie recipe

Ingredients:
1 ¾ cups taro (cooked, grated or mashed)
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 whole eggs
1 1/2 cups condensed milk
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp nutmeg
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and blend well.
2. Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
