I recommend three solutions to your inquiry:
1. You can use teflon-lined cups or bakeware.
2. You can heavily grease the lining of the cups with butter or margarine.
3. You can also line the bottom of the bakeware with wax paper.
As far as I know, cassava cakes does not easily stick to the bottom of baking pans when it is well-blended.

Your advice would be highly appreciated.
I want to bake the cassava cake in individual size bakeware (cups maybe) such that it doean’t stick to the container.
What should I use?
